Nikki Penn has been a licensed marriage and family therapist and licensed professional counselor for over 20 years. She is a Specialized Law Enforcement Instructor and a Certified-EMDR therapist who specializes in trauma and early intervention. She has a license specialization in technology-assisted counseling that allows her to provide distance counseling via web-based services.
We talked to Nikki about the current climate that the responder is working in. We wanted to know about the stress that is showing up and explore tools to help combat that stress.
